A subsiduary of Race Records Ltd., A Cellar Full of Noise is located on the east mountain in Hamilton, Canada and is one of Hamilton's oldest, privately owned studios. It was established in the late 1990s by Georgie Fab as his private studio and a few years later, opened to outside acts.

Artists who have recorded here include Skip Prokop (Lighthouse, Paupers), Sylvain Sylvain (New York Dolls), Darcy Hepner and Nick Marchione (Blood Sweat & Tears), Ian Thomas and Tom Wilson (Blackie & The Rodeo Kings, Junkhouse), King Biscuit Boy, Kelly Jay (Crowbar), Teenage Head, Jack Pedler, Sonny Del-Rio, The McNeil Brothers, Jerry Doucette, Powerhouse, and Jeff Madden (Jersey Boys Toronto).

The three rooms were designed by renowned designers, Pilchner and Schoustal, with all rooms boasting excellent acoustics. We use Pro Tools HD 9 running on a MAC tower (2 x 2.4 Ghz quad core Xeon 8 core), Antare Evo auto tune HD10 16 x 16, as well as a large collection of vintage equipment.

The studio is built in a 2200 square foot bungalow with beautiful grounds in which to sit and relax. The friendly and relaxed atmoshpere is one reason for the large amount of repeat clients.
